Coffee Day Enterprises has informed the exchanges that its step-down subsidiary Way2wealth Securities Pvt Ltd has divested 95 per cent stake or 47,499 shares in its subsidiary Way2wealth Reality Advisors Pvt Ltd. The acquirer Amit Choudary will buy the shares at ₹2 each, making the deal value at ₹94,998. The deal is expected to be completed by July 27. Shares of Coffee Day Enterprises slipped 0.25 per cent at ₹245.
